2019 NHRA National Open at Cayuga Dragway presented by BLASTALL Equipment.

https://www.blastallequipment.com

Theres been a lot of questions and concerns in regards to Payouts, Entry Fees, and Friday testing prices as there was conflicting information elsewhere. Ive been told the NHRA release that was posted below is the correct information.

Stock / Super Stock Shootout

$400 Canadian Dollars to enter which includes the gate fees and 2 days of racing. $5000 CAD to win, $1000 CAD R/U, $500 CAD for the semi finals. $100 dollar test session for friday where NHRA Records can be set. Hope to see you all there!

Thanks to BlastALL and Toronto Motorsports Park for headlining this event. Without the support of these and many other sponsors this race couldn't happen. CLICK on the link below to check out some great products available at BlastALL.

Well, I'm coming, with my two cars as normal, my back will be decent by then. Wife and dogs like it there.

This event is quite different than in the past, so I am going to have to go to the bank to get some Canadian $, as the track will accept us $, as canadian......not going to happen. In the past I registered and paid online, it was pretty nice.

No credit card capability at this track either FYI.

I don't have a problem with no credit cards, but offering to take my 133% value $1 for $1 canadian pisses me off just a bit.

Hopefully, the timing and traction issues of the past are addressed, especially with unearned discount rate profits.

Eric

Eric, that exchange at par is terrible. If you get there early take your US money to a Canadian bank they will give you the current rate in Cdn.Years back I would go to the NO's in Alberta,if you paid your entry in US your winnings would be paid in US funds.Good luck at the races!. gsa612 ( PS; didn't read your full post I see you have it covered).

The track has been repaired and ground and the traction is and will be spot on.

FYI Don’t assume your US Bank will have Canadian currency on hand. Had to have the Bank of America in Spokane order some last year.

Direct from Dave Mohn: The track doesn't accept credit cards. They will honor an exchange rate for US money.
