What is the best Lifter for a 340 Dodge, Stock Eliminator Car? Thanks.

I got the Sherman Hydraulic lifters thru Bullet Cams for the 360 I am building

We run Smith Ceramic lifters in all our small block
Stockers.......But have not been able to contact them for a
while!

Their number is long out of service........Couple hun North of me
but I hate to take a day off to look at a empty boarded up shop!

I wonder if hyd. lifters are easier on the valve train.

Yes with our particular cam profiles....Even after reworking the lifters for VERY Minimal travel in my humble opinion!

I hate a pan load of shiny tiny metal flakes!

My boy will be testing his stuff the solids soon is his new engine....But I
think he barking up the wrong tree. I will keep you posted.

He would sure like to find the 5 Hundreds I have on his Demon with my shaggy old
Demon with my ancient 1990s technology
