just remember that aluminum is about 1/3 the weight of steel --- so if you install a 1/2 inch thick steel gas tank shield between the OEM gas tank and the trunk floor you should be ok and exceed the NHRA guidelines for the thickness suggested. Make sure you have really good straps supporting that tank (lol)

Get some matching latex and then empty out your vacuum cleaner bag into it. If you do it right, it will look like tweed.

If we use a fuel cell and install a fire wall we should be able to leave the seat out even without a roll bar installed.
