2019 Mustang GT - should it be in the guide
What do you guys think of the 2019 GT going into the guide. It looks to be a good combo, as you can can see from the video below, its pretty fast stock. I know the Camaro street version gets a 9 inch rear, but I think they should keep the street cars exactly like the way they came from the factory as far as the drivetrain goes.
I think it would nice to see more street versions from the factory, not just the factory built race cars. |

Some quick bar napkin math using “new car 85% weight and HP adjustment” shows a natural B or C car.

Pretty impressive what the new muscle is capable of when you think of a bone stock car putting down et's as fast as my car runs in J/SA. Now that I think about it, it's a little humiliating lol!

I've been saying for at least the last decade that the "good old days" of muscle cars is right now. These cars are bad a s s in every way. You couldn't give me a muscle car from the 60s and early 70s anymore and I've own several.

You don't want them, give me one or two. I think I can make room for them.

I do however think that I'll keep my old stuff, at least for now.

With an 8.31 factor that would make it a natural A Stocker Or add 73 lbs. and run B/SA I say yes, it needs to be in the guide Last edited by ALMACK; 11-18-2018 at 12:31 PM. |

Sounds like a proposal for new class " Factory Pure Stock " 2015 and up w/ pure stock rules). tech would be a challenge. However, If you apply the liberal stock eliminator rules to this car, it's a 75-85k piece in short order... CJ, Copo, Drag pac territory.
