Fayetteville motels & open trailer
I looked at the Fayetteville track website and have found a list of area motels. However, I'm concerned about having our car on an open trailer in the motel parking lot. Has anyone had anything stolen or messed with while at a motel? Will the track be open on Saturday to drop the trailer off? If we leave home Sunday morning, it is 4 1/2 hour drive and that would be a total of 9 hours driving plus the time at the race track. We aren't as young as we used to be, and that would be hard on our daughter. Any help or suggestions?

Re: Fayetteville motels & open trailer
I would stay away from the motels on 301 or owen drive. Exit 49 on I-95 are nicer motels in a better part of town. It is the next exit north of the track.

Thanks Robbie, the better place to stay, would that be "Cedar Creek Road"? I haven't made any reservations, just inquiring.

Re: Fayetteville motels & open trailer
Stacie, I talked to Fonzie from Fayetteville & he said you could park the car & trailer on Saturday before checking into hotel. His actual words was "they can park on Tuesday if they want too"!! Needless to say, he loves his CCRA races !! Also, it is Cedar Creek Rd where Robbie is recommending ya'll stay.

I just saw this post but if anyone every needs to leave a rig, I'm right off exit 44 on I95 only a couple miles from the track.
