Default Someone close to White Pigeon, MI

Have a buddy broke down on Dragweek trip. His ladder bar crossmember broke away from frame. Needs help getting his car somewhere and possibly help fixing, but worst case, just a safe place to get his car to until he can get a truck and trailer back there?thanks!

I wish I was a lot closer than N.W., AZ...I'd run out and help him then possibly remind him on the evils of trailer burnouts...Lol. I hope he gets the help he needs fast, gets it repaired and gets on to the next track! And has a ton more fun.

Sry I just had to. I have seen more carnage on Drag & Drives from race car towed trailer burnouts than track burnouts the last few years.

He is too close to the next track US 131 Dragway straight up the road from him.

Tell him to call US 131 Dragway, ask them for Tom Bailey's contact info, he has a shop nearby since 131 Dragway is close to him as he tests there often (and Tom and crew are not out on this event so should be free to help or at least may know how to get him help pretty fast.

Nobody knows the situation locally there like either Tom or Steve Morris and have been there and done that and been in your buddy's shoes numerous times.

The other alternative is tell him to load up Google maps on his phone, and hit more lower right punch the Auto repair button...right where he is (I just looked and both sides of US 131 all along there are nothing but auto repair places and motorsports shops (it is late, many are closed, but somebody is out there working on their own cars or a customers after hrs. And start punching the ones w/ telephone 📞 icons...might get really lucky to get ahold of a Drag and Drive fan or fellow racer who may just help.
