Condolences, Brian and family. I've always felt that it's one of God's cruel jokes that our pets live such short lives. My wife and I have said goodbye to many, many dogs, and each one leaves a hole in my heart. Over time, the hole heals some, but it truly never goes completely away.

Sorry to hear that Brian. Its a tough thing to loose a beloved pet. You will smile every time you think of her. I have lost many and it is heart breaking every time.

So sorry to hear Brian. I feel your pain. It’s been thirteen years since I lost my Sandi and I still think of her every day. They give you unrequited love. RIP

Sorry about your Pup , I had to quit bringing them home it's just too painful when they leave. They have the most beautiful faces and love you no matter what. I just recently had to put my Pop's little pup down , He's 94 and they were joined at the hip. Craig Couris has seven dogs , he rescues old guys with problems fixes what he can and loves them for however long they have. God bless him I don't how he does it. ------ My favorite dog story and oh so true goes like this......If you lock your wife and your dog in the trunk of your car for an hour --- who's glad to see you when you let them out ?
