Car counts were as low as you can go. Saturday was a wash. Sunday turned out to be a great day.

Stock/super stock-9 cars
Super street-6 cars
Super gas-8 cars
Super comp-18-20 cars

I believe Scott Stillings won the stock/SS race.

Track was very good for us. I think with the conditions the track crew did an awesome job.

I know this is off topic for class racer but there were also 54 cars that showed up to run the Jegs Super Quick part of the program. Those racers really support the Jegs S/Q series, even with bad weather forecast...and believe me NHRA does notice things like that.

This was also Indy's official opening weekend of their weekly program. Due to a large local turnout of bracket cars (including their buybacks) we finished the race at 9:30 PM last night.

Maybe NHRA should have buy backs up to and including the last round for stock and S/S lol !

I think the weather kind of turned everyone away Saturday it got so cold the track just lost the bite they had to stop everything. Sunday kind of crappy in the morning but it got better in the afternoon. Track was hooking good, i got my fastest 60' this weekend in the car. I have to hand it to the track crew they kept everything flowing pretty smooth to get the everything done with.

Jason, nice job on your win at LORP on Sunday. I know your dad had to be proud! Tom Dillman
