TNT Super Series kicks off 2014 with double-header this weekend!

Steve's Electric powers the 3rd annual Memorial Day weekend event!


The Joe's Transmission TNT Super Series descends upon western New York this Memorial Day weekend for its first double-race weekend of 2014, powered by Steve's Electric.

With 35 cars at last year's event, this weekend's sportsman drag racing show will be one not to miss. Season eight will begin at Elegant Builders Raceway Park in Lancaster NY on Friday May 23rd. "EBRP is where the series started many years ago, so it's fitting that the season starts there," said Ted Barnes.

Then on Saturday May 24th the TNTSS will move south-east to Empire Dragway in Leicester NY for 1/4 mile action. Empire is in event sponsor Steve McCarrick's back yard. "Steve has presented the Memorial Day event for a few years now and has supported the series in many ways since. It's because of people like Steve that this series continues to grow."

JJ Jablonski 2014JJ Jablonski will be looking to three-peat in 2014. The 2012 and 2013 TNTSS champion is said to be sporting new paint on the low slung Chevy II. And Harry Phelps, the inaugural Performance Improvements Driver of the Year, lubricated by Royal Purple....he'll be there as well.

"To say it's going to be a great show is an understatement," added Ted. "This weekend is just not something you want to miss!"
