Cool Re: est. my ET

My Stock Eliminator '68 Chevelle on a given sample pass, went 1.62 in the 60 foot,7.69 in the 1/8th at 86.69 mph,10.168 in the 1000, and 12.28 in the 1/4 at105.64. It seems that multiplying your 1/8th mile ET by 1.58 on a more conventionally geared car gives you a very close estimation of your 1/4 ET.A 13.75 or so sounds about right.

I read somewhere that you multiply your 1000' e.t. by 1.2.
