Default A body mopar k frame

The car, 70 Duster. The k frame, 73 Duster 340 spool mount type. The 70 has a six banger k in it now, will NHRA let me use the 73 frame in stock class? Both year k frames are the same just the mounts are different.

yes. There are a lot of earlier cars with spool mount k-frames in them.

Earlier? Not sure what you mean, sorry, I thought 73 was the first year for them.

He means that a lot guys use spool type K frames in early cars
