Thanks for the entertainment,,, a cool trailer. Between that movie and Two Lane Blacktop,, those were the 2 big car movies of my senior year, '71. I remember a bunch of us in auto shop went out and saw them. We only had one Challenger at our high school, but there were a ton of '55 Chevys at the time. Thanks,CA

Not to completely hi-jack Daryl's thread here but like many others that
movie left an indelible impression on my mind.

It is significant because several of my friends and I had heard about
the movie and we all piled into my best friend's almost new '69 B5 blue
Plymouth Roadrunner 383 with 4-speed and air grabber to go and see
it at the Napoleon, Ohio Drive-In Theatre.

Watching that movie in that car was a total testorone male bonding moment
with all eyes glued to the screen for the duration. This car made the same
sounds as Kowalski's and the ride home was, shall I say, memorable!

I'm still here, just in case some of you might think I abandoned ship. Spring has finally arrived north of the 49th parrallel & as usual I'm not ready for the season, so I just don't have much time to be here right now. Sorry guys.
I'm visiting while I have a couple rare spare moments. Carry the torch for me in the meantime if you don't mind.
Thanx

Oh don't worry. There's enough of us BS'ers on here to keep this party rolling until our fearless originator returns

GREAT early shot there.

Knowing and seeing some of the owner transition pictures is just what this topic is about.
