SAM Tech Ranks # 1 Among Houston Trade Schools
I think this story shows promise for the future of our sport. Although the story is not directly related to NHRA sportsman racing, the fact that SAM Tech, a supporter of NHRA sportsman racing is producing young men and women with skilled machinists, engine builders, CNC operators can only strengthen the racing industry.
Here is the first paragraph from the story, click on the link to read the rest. The School of Automotive Machinists & Technology topped all Houston area trade schools in a recent study (October 23, 2017) published by the Houston Chronicle. The study cited findings from the U.S. Department of Education’s College Scorecard. With an average graduate salary of $51,150 per year, SAM Tech ranked Number 1 among Houston vocational schools.
