Attn: Div. 6 Stock and S/S Racers
I have checked the schedules from all the nearest tracks and find No Stock Super/Stock combo races listed. I really enjoyed helping with them especially at Pacific Raceways. Is this another thing that has gone away? If so, too bad, they were a lot of fun. The best part was meeting racers that I had not known before.
I was hoping to get back with it this season and be as much help as possible, as in the past. I guess I will try and make a few of the Divisionals , along with the National Open at Bremerton, to see all my friends. Good luck to all of you and see you all at a track somewhere in the area.

Re: Attn: Div. 6 Stock and S/S Racers
Ron, I messaged Pacific over the winter, got no reply, it’s frustrating trying to keep these races going when the racer support is low, in opinion is the double header weekends help the counts, Pacific didn’t like that idea before, , as to sponsorship we had a select few actually follow threw on there contributions, Gary Howe was one that always came threw. Some others said they would contribute, but!! Never did. Kinda over it myself, if someone else steps up, I will definitely make sure we support it with both cars. I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to squeeze in a few races on someone’s schedule in the NW.

Well I'm in. Let me know how I can help. I will have a new car finished and to the track, first of April. It may be in need of paint if I run short of time but it should be fast. 1970 Camaro, NHRA 224 HP rated, 350 CI 2 barrel in M or N/SA.

Jim, I totally understand your frustration. We have talked about this before and I am sure you are tired of banging your head against the wall. Low car counts and poorly run events didn't help. You know empty staging lanes and other fun things. If something happens I will be there to help, as always.
Steve, good to see you have a new car. Good luck with it and hope to see you at an event this year.

Re: Attn: Div. 6 Stock and S/S Racers
Ron and Jim, yes, it's a shame. The combo races were the main reason I got out of the stands and attempted to build into SS to race you guys. I think I finally have my Mustang legal for class and now no class racing. I understand Bremerton having to move to an 1/8 mile program with the airport construction and all, but Pacific puts more weight behind the Grudge races than class racing. I don't get that.
