Default Quick Fuel SSR Carberators

Will any of you share your experiences with the Quick Fuel SSR carbs compared to a Holley 3310?

I have one that was "race prepped" by Quick Fuel before the merger with Holley. Don't expect any high level racer support from Holley unless you know someone. I don't.

I don't have a Holley to compare, but on a 348 cubic inch engine the SSR made over 2 HP per CI so I don't think it could be really bad. This is a Modified Stock engine, not a standard SS or GT. However the engine is not as radical as it could be.

We use one in stock on my son Andrew’s car. Scott Perkins did some work on it to get it better than our original 3310. I think Scott could help you. After a bunch of tuning I think the Quick fuel carb is 2 or 3 quicker. Don’t expect a huge improvement if you have a decent carb.
