Sad to see that car burned up, beat me in the final at the Summernationals years ago. Car has a long rich history.

Thank you everyone for thinking about us. It has been a sad week here in our family. Grandpa Earl built that car in the mid 70s and both he and dad have won national events with it. It's like loosing a family member. Wouldn't wish this on anyone. In addition to Shakedown, he lost a 1964 Chevy Spyder and some 409 parts he had in the attic.
If anyone knows where a 1969 Camaro body is that is reasonable, please email me at curtsmithmedia@gmail.com. We have all the parts to fix one, just need a body/frame to replace the one that got burnt. Thanks!! Curt Jr. |

Remember that car at CPD many years ago. Sad to hear this happened. Hope it can be resurrected.
