Default Air Bags

I have a Ford F250 crew cab (not a dually) that I tow a 28' enclosed trailer with. Trailer pushes the rear of the truck down when loaded which causes the front end steering to be light. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Some of our racing colleagues suggested air bags?

Many thanks in advance for your help.

Do you already have an equalizing hitch? If not I would try one first. If so can you tighten the bars any?

bags might help also check your hitch out might need to be adjusted up to make the trailer more level also redistribute the load in the trailer put more towards the rear of it

I use Ride Rite air bags on my 1995 Diesel F-250. Love them! Firms up the ride, doesn't take much PSI to raise the truck to normal height. They sell the kit for a little over $300 on Summit. Well worth it.

I recommend separate (individual) air lines to prevent air crossover between bags on turns.

I have put air bags on every single truck I have owned.
Best money spent for towing safety... IMO (other than trailer brakes)

Equalizer bars are great as well.
