Somehow I expected more, but it is nice to see a more retro look to todays cars.

I'll betcha that 11.43 was a corrected to sea level time. I'm with Julie, no way that sounded like 525 HP!

I had afriend there and he was somewhat disappointed and yes that has to be a corrected E.T. as he said the fastest it went was 11.92, but still avery cool car, to bad we'll probably never be able to afford one?

392 ?
Seeing that is like seeing 409 emblems on a new Corrvette. I immediately thought of that heavy *** old 392 and the dist in the wrong location. (for a real badaxx Hemi.) Nope. Ain't cool. Looks like too many "chiefs" at Mopar. Shoulda let David Hakim handle the whole deal. Disclaimer - Terry said it was ok to post this. I miss my tranny brake.... |

o yee of little faith
Daimler has allowed mother Mopar to build some unique concept vehicles SS Challenger captures a few minds and a few hearts Its real but made of carbon fiber and lexan and I'm sure its well under 3000 lbs loaded. Yes it has a 525hp 392 (6.1L) Hemi. It is also available as a crate engine complete with plug and play EFI Will it ever be made, production never, as a 100 car run maybe. And yes, the 11.52 was really ran in Las Vegas. The potential is great and there is alot left to work with (as you can see by the launch) Just my observations If you want to buy one of these killers you can e-mail www.parts4mymopar.com Jess Suter 7305 E/SA "Life is not a rehearsal" www.RACERLOANS.com
