Re: Speedwin engineering
I have a 65 GTO that has a documented numbers matching 389 build by Speedwin in 1973. I have the receipt for the build.
The car was parked after the work was completed when the owned died. It sat for 25 years and only has 57k original miles. The late owners brother owned a body shop where it was stored. He did a repaint on the all original panel body. The engine runs like the work was done yesterday... A true testament to their excellent work... I bet thats why they are still in business in CA at Superior Automotive Engineering... Ken |

Re: Speedwin engineering
I remember seeing the Speedwin Automotive Dart race at Dover and National a few times.
It was recently restored by Mosher. |

Re: Speedwin engineering
My brother had a buddy that he worked with at Grumman's aviation in Bethpage N.Y. named Joe Armor, Joe was the owner of a 1968 Hemi Dart that Speedwin sponsored back in the day.

Re: Speedwin engineering
AMX was the Hicksville Rambler, Stowe Engineering car. Driven by Gary Stowe, Alfredo Bergna helped with the tune...
