Source for metric trans race parts
I have a very good local trans builder who has been building P/G,s turbo,s etc for years. He has rebuilt some metric,s for street cars, and at my urging has agreed to try his hand at a race version. So I'm trying to find us a source for alum drums, billet stuff etc. I called Sepanek and he told me he doesn't sell any parts right now. This will be in LT1 stocker...thanks

Re: Source for metric trans race parts
Leo Glasbrenner (remac transmissions) is your best bet. He is located in California, I don’t have his contact info....

Re: Source for metric trans race parts
Scott McClay builds a great M 200 trans, however, he will not sell you an aluminum drum/gear set for a trans that you did not purchase from him....

Re: Source for metric trans race parts
I purchased his drum for my 200R4 and the quality is much better than others I have used in the past.

Wudarczyk Performance Engineering 785-842-0865, ask for Tim.
I have run their stuff for 3 years with no problem. Great workmanship on their drums & aluminum pieces. J.R. |

Re: Source for metric trans race parts
Another good option. I have heard nothing but good things about Tim and his tranny work.....Kansas is a little closer to Texas than California....LOL....
