Trailer tire recommendation

Looking to replace the 6 year old Goodyear Marathon's on my 48' tri-axle trailer. 235/80R16 load range "D" Tires have only 15,000 mile but do have some weather cracking. Really seems these are not "enough" tire for this trailer although previous owner says never had any tire problem's. Don't know however if he ran for 4 hours at a time @70MPH on a 95 degree day. Any recommendations out there? Thanks
