ASRA RULES MEETING 2PM

Please join us for a night of fine dining and dancing as we recognize the ASRA 2012 champion, top ten and race winners. This year’s celebration will be at the beautiful, historic Hotel Northampton in the quaint town of Northampton Mass.

All 2012 members and sponsors will receive a free banquet ticket, and guest tickets will be $40 each. Please fill out the form below and mail it by January 24th.

Even if you can’t make the banquet, stop in for our Rules Meeting at 2pm. Pick up a 2013 ASRA schedule, find out the latest ASRA news and say hello. Dues are still $350 and are payable at the rules meeting.

Directions: Exit 4 Mass Pike to I-91 North to Exit 18. Take left at the bottom of the ramp onto Rt.5. The hotel is on the left just past the first light.

Room Reservations: Friday/Saturday $109.99 night/double occupancy, (mention ASRA for this rate). Deadline is January 18. Don’t wait rooms are going fast!

Cocktail hour will start at 6 , and dinner will be at 7.

Sunday morning there is a great brunch at the Hotel, I believe there is a discounted price for hotel guests.

Be sure to get there early and take a walk around the town, great area.

George-do you know if the hotel has free parking for people attending the banquet? Otherwise, I'm going to park in my usual free place and walk down to the hotel-I may do that anyway, because on the way back I would go by Herrell's. For those of you who don't know, Herrell's is a really good ice cream place-it is in the basement of Thorne Marketplace or can be entered from Old South St.

To be honest I have no idea about the parking, I have always stayed at the hotel so parking wasn't an issue. I'm sure Dave or Marc would have the answer for that.
Glad you can make it, it's always a great time.
Maybe ice cream for lunch?

There is parking right behind the hotel, there is an entrance right next to the hotel, that maybe king st. Then there is an entrance to walk into the hotel from the parking lot. I think there may also be parking curbside in front of the hotel.

Getting curbside parking in Northampton on a Saturday night is like trying to find....sorry, my imagination just can't come up with anything!
