IHRA releases Division 4 "Renegades" Pro-Am schedule
It appears that the IHRA hasn't totally separated the Professional classes from the Pro-Am racers. The first two events on the Division 4 schedule are doubles, with an IHRA Drag Racing Series race on Saturday, which includes the Pro-Am classes, and a Sunday Pro-Am only event. There is also a "wild-card" Pro-Am weekend scheduled for May 27-29 at Memphis Int'l Raceway.
More information here - http://www.ihra.com/pro-am-tour-news...-tour-schedule One down - five(?) to go?

Re: IHRA releases Division 4 "Renegades" Pro-Am schedule
Thanks, Rob!!
Looks like three weekends in-a-row in February for Division 2! Division 9 gets a double at Budd's Creek, which we didn't have last year! Now let's see what the Division 1 schedule looks like for the rest of the season. The drama continues!

Re: IHRA releases Division 4 "Renegades" Pro-Am schedule
Lew,
If I had to put cash on it, the MIR & Pittsburgh races will also be a D1 races. Just trying to get more participation by inviting D9 and D3 to it. You know Richmond Dragway & Empire will have one because the car counts are usually pretty good for those events. I Wouldn't be surprised to see Delmar or Capitol get one this year because both tracks have been doing very well on the bracket racing scene lately. |

Keef,
Richmond was supposedly all repaved over the fall and the concrete pads were extended so I could see them going back, trust me when you look at the IHRA tracks, not many options to choose from that don't make you cringe. Richmond Delmar Capitol Empire Lancaster Skyview Beaver Springs MIR Pittsburgh Summerduck Natural Bridge New London Motor Mile Great Bend |
