Buckeye SS/Stk Series @Quaker City Aug 1st

Saturday August 1st will be the third race of the 2014 season in the Buckeye S/SS Drag Racing Series. This race will be held at Quaker City motorsports Park in Salem Ohio. Gates at QCR open at 11am and big car time trials start at 1pm. I don't know the run order yet but will get that information out to you next week. Entry fee is $100 as always.

This will be the third points event toward the Dave Layer Cup that awards the highest point finishing racer the Cup trophy as well as $1000. It's well worth chasing points in our series.

This in addition to the Championship Runoff that pays the series champion $1500 and the series Iron Man style trophy. To qualify for the runoff you must win or runner up an any of our events, and,to finish out the 16 car runoff field we will take drivers based on their points finish that are not already seeded into the field based on a win or runner up. The runner up in the runoff race will receive $500 as well as a plaque for the effort.

Come race with us Saturday August 1st at Quaker City Motorsports Park. You just may end up being the champ.
