anybody out there in race land ever attemped to run stock with one of the 90`s thunderbird super coupes??

Tim, I looked and didnt see any factor given for that. It shows a hp,and weight only. I almost bought an 89 model of those, in 90.

I was thinking the rules permitted aftermarket pulleys,,unless I missed it,,it doesnt say anything about size of pulleys

Having played around with that bent 6 a while back, I don't think the intake would support a lot more boost. The manifold is worst than horrible, two 90 degree turns out of the blower about a 1 inch by 3 inches opening, and with enough boost the 4 head bolts won't hold the head gasket in. I would like to see it done, something different you know. Good luck, Fred
