Anyone know if RCI has a new phone number. I spoke to them in early January and was advised they had a fire and moved to a new building. Sent my belts for re Cert to the new address which tracking shows they were received. I call the number on the website and I get a strange answering machine which does not allow to leave a message. Tried emailing and no response. if anyone has any input, I would appreciate it.
