Default A&E Power awning NEED HELP QUICK

We are supposed to be headed to NC soon to see my son come home. I was also going to take my car with me and race since there is a race out there at Costal Plains while we will be out there. I have been short on time lately so I decide to run into town and get the truck and trailer washed. We put the awning out to wash it and now all it does is click when you hit the switch inside. I have checked everything right to the connector at the motor and everything is fine. I tried using a jump start box and some jumper wires and connected directly to the motor and it still just clicks either way its hooked up. So now I am stuck with the truck and trailer at the truck wash untill I can figure something out. Anybody got any ideas. This POS BRAND NEW!. I just had it installed and it has been in and out maybe 3 or 4 times when they were showing me how it works and what not. Been searchin the internet and saw were I put a rope on it and remove the tensioning bolt in the one end and roll it up that way how much of a pain in the butt is it to reset the spring? And if I do that can anyone suggest someone between Southern IL and Jacksonville NC who might have parts in stock so If I do get out of here we can stop and get it fixed properly. If nothing else I just need to get it rolled back up so I can get it out of their wash bay. ANY IDEAS will be greatly appreciated.

I got it back in by removing the bolt and letting it roll back up and then put the bolt back in to keep it rolled in. So we can use it that way for now untill I can get a motor. I have looked around the internet this afternoon and it looks like its a common problem. If anybody has a better fix than just throwing another motor at it and waiting for it to fail again I am all ears.
