Question Re: 2020 NHRA event schedule, am I reading this right?

In Gainesville, can you run class if you're not entered for the Gators but racing in the divisional?

.....or do Gators eliminations start before the divisional?

Haven't been able to make it in previous years so I don't know what to expect.

Myron, the Baby Gators (re:Class Eliminations) were run before the Divisional eliminations last year and no entry in the Gators were required. That way they get far more cars running class since the grade points/quota situation limits the field for the Gators proper. More cars paying $180 for a $1500purse but they did give the Baby Wally’s. But not sure what contingency payouts were for Class since I had eye surgery and couldn’t race. Think most people enjoyed the program and lots of good racing, and of course enjoyed Jim Wahl winning the Divisional on Sunday.

Hope to see you there with the Wagon.

Thanks, I hoped it was like that. I can't imagine winning class if I even make it, but the extra runs will come in handy.

Where do they hide list of class runoffs?
Not categories...Class, like A, B, C..heads up

I thought it was part of the same chart.

http://www.nhra.net/2019/images/NHRA...nd_classes.pdf

Unless I'm not understanding what you're looking for, it has two columns for stock and two for SS, with the second column for each showing if there's class eliminations.

The dates are not accurate unless it is a Thursday through Saturday event for LV divisional.

Should say 10-11-12 not 9-10-11

But what's new

Maybe they did this for you racers to avoid running on Easter Sunday. A nice consideration.
