Default Yamaha scooter help

Ok I can't get this thing to run. Ive had it for 4 years no problems then last weekend it just died. After it quit it was pouring fuel out the side of the carb. Took carb off and took it apart. Cleaned everything up. Float is good no pin holes. Needle and seat look ok. Blew out the lines. Checked the oil feed lines and they are ok to. Put it all back together and as soon as your hook up the fuel line it pours fuel out of the carb and into the engine. Just rolling it over will fill the cylinder with fuel and lock the motor up. It acts like the seat isnt sealing and it just fills up with fuel. What am I missing? Float hangs free and isnt bound up. Sorry so long.

Yamaha 1997 YAZ scooter

Thanks. Ed
