R.I.P. Alex. Prayers sent to your whole family in this time of mourning.
I spoke to Alex as his U.S. Class Nationals approached as I am a big fan of this style racing. He was very encouraging to me and I am just a fan not a class racer.
He was one of those special people. God Bless

A few years ago, I was looking for some awards for our S/SS event out here.
Alex writes me and says, Hey I want to post a pair of racing shocks for the winner.
I said, gee, I hope I can get you some business way out here.
He says, don't worry about it ,I just want to help you out..

He'd write me once in a while and ask about some vintage transmission he was involved with. He told me he figured I was one of the guys who might still know about this stuff.
I told him I wasn't really THAT old ,but thanks.

R.I.P, my friend

Our love and condolences go out to the whole Denysenko family at this very sad time The Super Stock family has lost yet another special friend and racer We will especially remember him when we drive by his favorite pit spot behind the main bleachers in the oval track at Indy. We shared many tips, stories and laughs there. God bless you all and please RIP Alex Mark and Elaine

Thoughts and prayers for family and friends. Although I only conversed with Alex by phone and online he seemed very genuine, genuine and helpful. I know he will be missed.

My heart goes out to Tony, Beth, and the rest of the Denysenko family. Alex, Tony, and myself had a really good O/SA rivalry going a decade ago. I always had a ton of respect for how passionate Alex was about drag racing, and even more respect for what a great relationship he had with his son. Rest in peace, Mr. Denysenko.

From the Ford family to Tony & Beth. We are so sorry for your loss. We had one adventure together @ Sealy years ago. Alex & Tony were both great guys. Alex had helped me on several occasions. Our prayers are with you guys!!
