My daily driver...towed the Pinto all the way to Belle Rose last March with a 15.52 dial on the truck and a 15.65 dial on the race car...probably the only person there who had a tow vehicle quicker than the race car it was towing...

2011 F-150 with the new 5.0, has run 15.30 at 90 mph and won me a wally at the National Dragster race in Sportsman class at Indy last year. Now if I could just win in one of my racecars instead of my street vehicles...

Ive driven this car most everyday for 1 1/2yrs, 30miles round trip, to work, and wherever else i need to go. I just changed the stock engine out to a 455/cast piston .030 over/bowl ported 6x's/.534/286* with 1.65s/3.55s. I have to change converter(9'' is waaaay too loose for the street.) .. Doin that in a few weeks, then itll be back on the road!

There goes your gas mileage !

Seriously, a very cool wagon, I love it.

I'm turning my Drag Wagon into my daily driver right now.

Ive decided that gas mileage is overrated... im into Fun mileage!! hehe
If i want more mpg's , i have plenty of stuff to put in it(smaller cubes) and 2.78 gears... I have alot of parts, and i wanted somethin to throw them at... Its HEAVY!!!

Talking Re: Your Daily Driver

My tow/commuter vehicle is my 2004 Chevy Colorado 5cyl. auto, with 147k on it. However, I drive my work truck much more, given I've only had it for 4 months, and it already has 20k on it, from being brand new with 59 miles when it was added to the fleet...a 2012 Chevy Colorado 4cyl auto. Glad I don't have one of those Colorado's with the 5.3L V8, 'cos I'd be likely racing it too!!!

I'm new here, but love the site! My daily driver is a 2007 Cobalt LS 4 door. Nothing special, stock 2.2L auto. It also serves as my race car and my motorhome at multi-day races like the Halloween Classic. The 1/8 mile dial is shown in the pic:
