I'm going to guess it's from a Franklin motor car. I met someone that had one, but I never got to look at it. The guy told me it was air cooled. Those copper fins are cool (pun not intended, but sounds good anyway).

Was thinking Mercury (or maybe Fairlane) on the tailights but can't remember the year.
