Re: Old modified production/gassers photos
I'm curious what track the upper shot was taken at. Its a div.6 Camaro and thats Ray Rice on the starting line(father of div.7 DD Mike Rice), so I'm guessing a NW track, but its not Bremerton, Pacific, Mission or Medford, if its Woodburn I don't see any buildings in the background. The lower shot is obviously Spokane, back in the AHRA days, as you can tell by the steep, close, concrete grandstands and the class designation on the window.
Deffinately a couple cool old photos. Danny Durham |

Re: Old modified production/gassers photos
Hi Thanks for asking about my 65 Falcon Sedan Delivery. Yes this is a real Factory Ford Sedan Delivery. They did make them 61to 65. I think in 65 they made maybe 649. Total # for the four years was 6000. I would like to find this car and buy it back. I bought it in PA. in 77. SRD / SW race car did some of the work on it. The people I bought it from had it built to run in F/ Gas. I sold it to people in the Illionios / Ind. area. Loved it but I sold when I bout a Don Hardy Pro Stock Pinto back in 79.
Thanks |

Re: Old modified production/gassers photos
I like the looks of the cars in the lanes behind the Mopar,,,, kinda looks like WJ's Camaro and right behind it, one of those Malvern Monzas, I'm thinking,, perhaps a little Pro Stock action getting ready to take place?
