I'm guilty - '72 Maverick, 200"/C4....V/SA. Has been exclusively an IHRA deal but I hear the darkside calling!!

Use the force Dave, follow your true feelings. Let your evil flow freely.

Well, I'm looking at combos, and wanted to do something unique. I thought an inline six would be cool, and wanted to see what was out there. I was thinking possibly a Mopar or older (60's) AMC, and I have a Fairmont, but who knows?

The ford is not the way to go! AMC maybe...the Mopar just got Hp reduced a couple years ago? If ya have any questions on a chevy let me know.

Dave, Would a '64-'66 valiant with a 225 and a 4-speed be a viable car for V/S, it would still have the 1bbl carb but it's a pretty light combo. Jim |

It would have to be a station wagon or convertible. Those cars did run good back then with the 4 speeds, but 135 hp is kinda high with a 1 bbl
