Great Job, Gary Hampton!! Your little red car came through again. It's easy to like a car when you win with it a few times.

Gary Hampton got the win and stopped John Dourlet one round shy of a double up.
John Irving was the number one qualifier and got a California car duster and gold shine kit from California Car Cover, and $100 from Alien Racing Engines. Craig Saurbaugh was the best losing package first round and got a California Car Duster and hood shine kit. Ed Niquette was the best losing package second round and received Lucas oil product. |

Pete was ok and was up in the lanes watching the next round. I’m sure he will be sore in the morning. The car is rough and I’m not sure what is salvageable or what he plans next, but the most important thing is the safety equipment did it’s job and Pete is alright.

Re: AZ Stock/SS - Tucson Dragway February 5th & 6th
I was down at the turnaround so I didn't see it..Assume Pete was tightening up the finish line against Bob. Bob seemed to think Pete kissed the wall which causing the car to roll a couple of times. Anyone...correct me if this is wrong.
