jwamuel, and if you read that politifact it says exactly what I posted. I suggest you read it fully and other than it took 6 months and not 7 for him to call it, I may have been off a few days. Now lets get back to race talk.

Politifact is owned by the Poynter Institute, a non-profit journalism school in Tampa,Fla. and was started by the Tampa Tribune. Just more of the fake media.

The F/B poster left out a word (national), so they declare the whole post to be FALSE. In my way of thinking , the point for comparing this to the swine flu, is that I don't remember major events being cancelled 10 years ago, the panic buying of TP, the non-stop media attention, as in this case. Anybody else remember anything like this? Why all the media panic stirring this time? I'll let you be the judge.

So perhaps we need to be like the wino in the alley downtown who drinks Lysol.

Mr. Fahey, this is not a political thread, and shouldn't be.

I can see the "Enhancement" Letter now all participants will be screened for viruses upon entering the tracks for the remainder of the racing season all temperatures will be taken via rectal thermometer this "Enhancement" fee of only $250.00 will be added to your entry fee. Thank You and Keep Smiling
