Probably not ...but it would be nice to see a new Ford VIN car in the guide again. It's been awhile.

Re: 2015 Mustang Revealed
If that 2.3 EB Mustand ever does make it into the classification guide, I would imagine it would be a K or L combo.

Re: 2015 Mustang Revealed
Here is the "progression" video Livernois made of their 2015 EB Mustang.
11.81 @ 114. I believe those cars are capable of a 10.99 when a Stock Eliminator racer gets done building it to Stock rules and it is in it's lightest class.

NHRA bracket racing tech rules allow a 2008 or newer stock engine car with no external modifications to run as fast as 10.00 without a roll bar. |

As per NHRA rules, every " M " Stock class car and quicker requires a rollbar.

Re: 2015 Mustang Revealed
I'm glad I wasn't the only one who saw the Livernois video and thought it would make a very interesting Stocker!
The 2.3L EcoBoost motor is factory rated at 310hp which would put it somewhere in the F/S-G/S range. Even then, the Livernois car is already close to the index! |
