It creates heat and way less water droplets due to planes flying high enough and weather became very cold

I only have had C-11 not pass once, had been in cell for 2-3 weeks. after that i started pumping out of cell and storing in metal cans,no problem since.
I have had it pass at two and a half to three years old from the metal drum.
