Try All State Carbarator in Deer Park New York. He bought the tooling for the 280 and 400. He rebuilt all of my pieces and they turned out great. His name is Jim, I don't have the number handy but you can get from information. Thanks Joe Fasano

I have a "new" used BG280, rebuilt by BG when they were in Dahlonega. Still in plastic bag, was a spare for me. Its for sale too

Several parts. I think you would be best to send it out. They have a special seal between pump housing and motor, impeller and vanes, a fiber type collar in the pump housing and the 400's needed the updated wear plate. Also it is super important you adjust pressure at the pump. I think 25lbs. is the magic number. On my combo it's difficult to access, big mistake on the build process. Anyhow i think it was cranked up way too high and failed/ate itself up. Made for a bad weekend with long tow home.
