They always leaked before but it was a slow leak. This one is completely flat after one night that's why I'm thinking there is a bead issue.

Check the bead. You'll find out that ain't the problem. I've had several the went down that quick. Take it off the rim, seal the seam, and reinstall. It will stop leaking immediately.

I removed the slick from the rim, reinstalled it, and put a bead of silicone around the bead of the tire. So far so good no leaks. Thanks for all the help.
