Whats the best motor combo. for the car.
Depending on your budget, I'd go with stroked 440 big-block or a Hemi power plant.

Yeah I was wondering when someone would say something about my comment I made, because it was intentional. And I think you'd have more fun with those engine combos that I suggested earlier, that is if you can afford it.

The guy asked a serious question. 16 posts and your a comedian? Thanks for letting us know!
This thread has no other comments by Hemi Moose, therefore no "previous suggestions."

Jeff,
Could he (Hemi Moose) be saying he would go faster and have more fun with non stocker engines?

Actually if you change it over to a '69 you can run a 440.

The 340 is a tried and true combo and there is a lot of info floating around out there for the combo as well as a lot of expertise you can borrow from.

The 383 is front heavy and you would have to move a lot of weight around to get balance.

At least someone on here gets what I was trying to say. I guess some people just take things way to seriously on here. I am also real sorry if I upset you Mr. Jeff Lee.

To the owner of the Dart that originally asked the question in the first place, if you're content with building up another motor then by all means do so.

Let's see if I get this . You come on a S/SS board as a newbie and offer up the opinion that it's more fun to go bracket racing?

How to win friends and influence people , chapter one....
