Thank you everyone!
Needless to say it wasnt the way I wanted to run the final and I am really glad Derek is ok.
I think it took an ice cold race track, for my car to behave and Kenny to put me close to a
.90 every pass.

Lynn, I had beer in my motorhome all weekend, but it was tooo cold to drink (if u can believe that one...lol) but we can celebrate the first race next year!

Everyone have a safe off season!

Debbie

Congrats Deb!!!!!
Great semi final run....

I really was looking fwd to the final for a split second after my semi's win but I had a little problem as you all know..

I'm OK, Nothing broke, a little sore but all and all, good shape...

I replayed the crash 100 times on the way home last night and really do not know what happened... I could not catch Givler at the top end so I rolled off the throttle and scrubbed the brake..Went through the lights, looked over and saw the win light come on, went for the brakes again and the car slowly started to turn then rolled over on it's side.. Didn't hop, jump, nothing...

I feel real bad for the Doll's..They gave me an absolute dream car to drive all season and I did not in any stretch of my imagination want this to happen.. All They wanted me to do is have fun and turn the win light on..There support even after the crash is overwhelming..

Thanks for all the calls and concerns over the last 2 days.. It's nice to know that i have a great family outside the one that is sitting here with me this morning at home...

Really want to thank Gregg from Racers for Christ for coming to the hospital with my Mom and I..He was a blessing...

To all that is thinking the question about the car.. " I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT BETWEEN DOLL"S AND I, NO QUESTION ABOUT IT"

You all have a great off season and I'll CYA in April......and also have some off season fun on Class Racer...

Derek,

as the other "casualty" at the Dutch, it's great to hear that you came out unscathed as well. Rumor was that you had a caliper bracket let go... which is what happened on my car (snapped the brake line after the caliper spun around, no brakes...). Not true?

anywho -- as I said to my buddy as we drove back to MI, I didn't lose a racecar -- I picked up a spare motor!

be well
