Re: Route 66 Nationals question
Yeah, you'll find yourself parked on "the other side" if you keep that up...

Re: Route 66 Nationals question
Dude, I know you're kidding. I think almost everything in this forum is one big joke...including your driving abilities!
Obviously, this is coming from the guy that has fewer major wins than CBS has division championships...

Re: Route 66 Nationals question
We actually talked about you this weekend.....(a little) we need you at the track so we can make our comments in person.....
CBS I'm sure your driving will be fine when you get back....If there's anything we can do to help let us know.... |

Damien, get ready for your 1st dose of the NHRA experience, tech opens at 8am thurs with 1st time shot at 9am. for S/St. If your parked late wed pm, should be no prob getting just teched and into staging for 1st shot. Usually have a separate lane for S/St as TT begins. That being said let me repeat, get ready for your 1st dose of the NHRA experience. Everything after that and maybe before is subject to change.

Who said it was OK before I parked my car??? Got a free set of hands or an extra grand laying around that you don't need? That's about all that's keeping me from being at the track now. But, I expect to make a pretty serious dent in the re-assembly over the long holiday weekend. So, keep your comments to yourselves for now as I should be out there soon enough...

Re: Route 66 Nationals question
Jason ,,,
I was one of the folks talking about my Enginner , Small Block buddy ,,,, It was all good SST Racer ,,,,, I'm one of the foks that work all day Wed. in order to save a Vacation day for racing ,,,, I usally get there around 3 or 4 AM ,,, sleep in line and , rush like Hell to make the first round ,,, Even though I run Super Gas ,,, I rarely make the first session due to parking , tech , credentials etc,,, and of course me running off at the mouth , being sociable , seeing folks/friends that I don't normally see . I'm also one of the ones that get parked on the other side , but they always move us later that day and I've ended up with a better spot than some of the folks that were there on Tuesday ..... Normally ( unless rain comes ) ,, us late arrivals usally get a 3rd make up session .... The folks on this board are giving you the right advice ,, by all means If you can get there on Wed.. DO IT ,, You will race better be more relaxed and have a better time ,,,,, Colorful Racer
