we searched for 30 minutes to try and find a hole in the slick....never found anything and the super stocker who knows what that was never leaked again all weekend....we have a tire plug kit ive fixed a few for jamie and one for beard but never for myself lol

Could be the valve stem, too. I've had the inner part either go bad or loosen up before.

And ya, I've plugged a buuuunch of tires over the years.
