Buy the property for the shop. The house doesn't matter--you are never in it anyway, lol. Overkill is somewhere around 6-8 bays. . .more than what you already have.

If anyone goes to the Cajun Sportsnationals, go see Steve Kent's Pro Stock operation which is on the property. Steve is a worldwide hunter, and has a very unusual shop and often cooks for the race. Really nice. Often the cars are there. Steve has SS and Comp cars besides the Pro Stock stuff.
