the 450 is a .100 stroked 427, same bore od 4.125, with mechanical roller lifters and they must have changed the head because there is a different part number. Fun to own one. Dyno

Different piston config, more cam, more intake runner volume, bigger valves, more rocker ratio, etc. About the only thing you can use from a 427 are the rods, the manifold and throttle body, and the block.

Nope...same exact block with a 4.200 arm, and the manifold and throttle body are exactly the same as the 12 and 13 427's.
