I run this set to . Check the volts when you check psi . Pack/fill the cell but don't let it cover/flood fuel cell vent . What return set up did you make inside your fuel cell so you reduce air bubbles from the pump inlet . Do you run 12 battery set up w/alter ? I do with a 55amp alter. / If it all tests ok . call them before the warranty ends . Let me know what fixed it .

Had customer pulled his hair out over fuel pressure,would be 6-7lbs. then next thing you now would be 2-3lbs then back. changed regulators 3X,checked pump out,looked OK,he bought a new aeromotive just like he had,same thing. He found out line was sucking together between tank and pump, just took him 2 weeks to figure it out.
