Thanks Allen. I'm a long way from needing power for this thing. I'm still stripping junk off of it. I'm about ready to get it in the shop and put a roll bar in it and then on to suspension.

So I got my brand new Strange rearend assembly. It came with a chrome cover, do i need to put one of those girdle covers on it? I'm going to run the 245/350 combo in this car with an automatic.

Mike, I run the same combo as your building. When your making decent
power, they must leave fairly harshly to make a decent run. They are not
going to make up much E.T. on the second half of the run. I run a girdle
and I know they don't hurt. I would say yes. J.R.

I know it's been a long time since my last update but I'm finally making some progress. If I had a smart phone I would post some pics. I've got the doors put back together, back bumper back on, rear hatch ready to go on. back half starting to look good.

Well it's been 6 years since I started this project and I finally drove it down my road tonight. It sounds and feels good. Next big milestone will be getting it to a track for some testing.

Ask a grandchild or niece/nephew for help. For them it’s a piece of cake ….
