Was this combination that unique, or did the racing history factor into how much it was worth?

Not sure if my Camaro qualifies as a rare car, but it is a Baldwin Chevrolet car.

I don't have any pictures. Ernst Toppings 1969 GTS Dart Convertible was and is rare. I believe someone still races it.

A 70 LS6 convertible that was a national champion. A rare car for sure!

Could’ve been a Chevy (Paul Prior) Paper Combo!

The Ex-Waldo cars are special with their Q and R codes. And it is cool that they remain race cars when many have been scooped up, restored and sold at the big auctions.

Bob, I was curious if you, or anyone, knew if the Ben Line and Lance Line Mustangs were original 428 cars?

When I saw that 70' LS6 Chevelle that Ray Allen drove auctioned off I believe they stated it only had 138 original miles on it.. Never saw the street. Been a race car all it's life......
I think it sold for 1-million dollars that night.

No, I don't know about Lines cars. I know Lyn Johnsons 70 is a R-code. Not sure about Bill Fiests either
