Thanx for the pic. Not much to go by cept the mounting of that fuel pressure gauge , tach drive cable, & coil. By the looks of the fuel line location pointing to the ps apron, I'd think it was going to a cool can???? Kinda looks like the firewall above the pinchweld may have been body color???? Hard to tell. I'm going to check for comparisons tonight, see if theres still holes, or if they've been repaired. Your right, my car had a 3 point bar in it for sure. I believe it was a Lakewood???. It was bright red, anyways, with an extinguisher attached to it. You can see where the plates were mounted on the floor pan. I have pictures with the bar still in it when Paul Pittman stripped it for paint, but they were sent to me as a pdf file, & I can't seem to post them here. Any suggestions HM??? Jimi, you want me to email them to you?? liteweight here's a couple more shots of the restoration from the 80's ![]() ![]() Last edited by Liteweight; 05-02-2012 at 12:01 PM. |

you can also see the 3rd front hood pin added in the middle, the line lock on the lh inner fender. Looks like the paint on the cowl was oversprayed up to the firewall. Wiper motor and pivots still there. Cool pic! No tach mounted on the dashpad.

Is this Charlie Castaldo's second Hemi Dart or not, because everyone here has said it was in previous posts...now raced by Sprouis & Costello in these photos...notice there's no marker lights in the rear quarter panels and where the gauges are mounted.

HM Charlie Castaldo sold his 2nd (auto) Dart to Ralph Costello who campaigned it for a while on a limited budjet in A/MP. He purchased alot of his race Hemi parts from Charlie, Great pictures once again liteweight |
